Key Requirements | متطلبات الوظيفة
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably within the UAE.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Industry 4.0, IoT, and automated systems.
- Methodology: Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong plus.

The successful candidate will manage daily factory operations, optimize supply chain efficiency, and lead a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
