Dubai’s Outsourcing District is currently looking for skilled professionals to join its growing BPO landscape. There are immediate openings for a BPO Operations Manager and a Quality Assurance Specialist. These roles are critical for maintaining high service standards and driving operational efficiency within one of the region's most active business hubs for customer excellence and service delivery.
BPO Operations Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily call center operations and managing overall team performance.
- Ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded consistently.
- Collaborating with international clients to refine processes and improve customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Mentoring team leads and managing workforce resource allocation effectively.
Quality Assurance Specialist - Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring customer interactions across multiple channels to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Providing detailed feedback, calibration, and coaching to Customer Service Representatives and technical support staff.
- Identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement in service delivery and data accuracy.
Requirements / المتطلبات
Candidates should possess a relevant university degree and at least 3-5 years of direct experience in a BPO or call center environment. Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools is required. Fluency in English is essential, and bilingual skills (Arabic/English) are highly preferred for these roles in Dubai.
