Role Overview: BPO Operations Manager in Dubai
We are currently looking for a seasoned BPO Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, focusing specifically on digital banking services. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to blend high-level operational strategy with the unique demands of the financial technology sector. You will be responsible for leading a large team, ensuring all service level agreements are met, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction for our banking partners.

As a BPO Operations Manager, your daily tasks will involve more than just looking at numbers. You will be the bridge between our staff and our clients:
- Team Leadership: Overseeing team leaders and agents to ensure smooth daily operations and high morale.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR to maintain digital banking excellence.
- Client Relations: Meeting with banking stakeholders to discuss performance reports and strategic improvements.
- Process Improvement: Finding ways to make the customer journey more efficient within the banking app and support ecosystem.
Job Requirements | متطلبات الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن شخص يمتلك المهارات التالية:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in BPO management, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
- Strong command of English; Arabic is a significant advantage for the Dubai market.
- Proven track record of managing teams of 50+ members.
- Deep understanding of digital banking trends and customer expectations in the UAE.
