We are currently seeking an experienced BPO Operations Manager to lead a high-profile multilingual support team dedicated to a luxury hospitality account in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities | المسؤولفاء الرئفسفة
- Manage daily BPO operations focusing on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of multilingual agents and supervisors to maintain luxury service standards.
- Monitor KPIs such as CSAT, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and response times.
- Coordinate with the client to align service delivery with brand expectations.

- Minimum of 5-7 years in BPO operations management, specifically within hospitality or luxury brands.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic or other European languages is a major advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
