Job Requirements and Responsibilities
1. Clinical Manager (مدير عيادة):
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field.
- A valid license from the Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee clinical operations and staff scheduling.
2. Registered Nurse - Pediatrics (ممرض مسجل - طب الأطفال):
- Current DOH/HAAD license as a Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience specifically in pediatric nursing or neonatal care.
- Compassionate communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
