Clinical Manager for Remote Patient Monitoring and Smart Home Healthcare in Dubai
Dubai is quickly becoming a hub for smart healthcare, and we are looking for a Clinical Manager who can keep up with this shift. If you have experience managing clinical operations and you're comfortable with remote patient monitoring (RPM) systems, this role is for you. It's a chance to lead a team that provides high-tech care right in people's homes, making a real difference in patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Degree: You should have a degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a similar field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years in a clinical management role. If you've worked with RPM or telehealth before, that's exactly what we're looking for.
- Tech Savvy: You need to be comfortable using smart home health tools and data dashboards.
- Leadership: Managing a mix of on-site and remote staff requires great people skills and patience.
- Licensing: A valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license is definitely preferred.
