Digital Healthcare is Growing in Dubai

The healthcare landscape in Dubai is changing fast, with more platforms moving to digital models to better serve patients and providers. We are currently looking for experienced professionals to fill two key leadership roles: a Customer Success Manager and a Call Center Manager. These positions are perfect for those who understand the balance between technology and high-quality patient care.

Customer Success Manager (CSM) - Digital Health

The Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for clinics and hospitals using our platform. Your goal is to ensure they get the most value out of our technology.

  • Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in health tech or SaaS.
  • Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. You should be great at building relationships and solving problems before they become issues.
  • Duties: Onboarding new clients, monitoring platform usage, and gathering feedback for the product team.

Call Center Manager

We need a strong leader to manage our patient support hub. This isn't just about answering phones; it is about managing a team that provides critical support to people navigating their health journeys.

  • Requirements: Proven experience managing a call center or BPO operation. Experience in the medical or insurance sector is a huge plus.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of CRM tools, KPI tracking, and team coaching.
  • Duties: Scheduling, quality assurance monitoring, and ensuring all patient inquiries are handled with empathy and efficiency.
