Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager for Farm-to-Table Concepts in Abu Dhabi
A cool new sustainable dining project in Abu Dhabi is looking for people who actually care about food and where it comes from. We need an Executive Chef and a Restaurant Manager who are ready to ditch the boring corporate stuff and work with fresh ingredients straight from local farms. If you love the idea of cooking with what's in season and building a community around good food, we should talk.
What we're looking for:
1. Executive Chef (رئيس طهاة تنفيذي)
- You should have a solid background in high-end or organic dining.
- Someone who can create a menu based on what the local farms have available each week.
- Good at leading a kitchen team without the typical ego.

2. Restaurant Manager (مدير مطعم)
- At least 5 years of experience running busy, quality-focused spots.
