Abu Dhabi’s aerospace industry is really taking off, and with all this growth, there's a serious need for the right people to lead the HR side of things. We're looking for an HR Manager and a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can jump straight in and help manage this expansion. It's not just about filling seats; it's about building a solid foundation for some very technical teams.
What the roles look like
The HR Manager will be the go-to person for everything from setting up local policies to keeping the team happy and productive. You’ll need to know your way around Abu Dhabi’s labor laws and have a knack for strategic planning. It’s a big job, but very rewarding if you like seeing the direct impact of your work.
For the Talent Acquisition Specialist, we need a hunter. Finding specialized aerospace engineers and tech experts isn't easy, so we need someone who knows the niche and can manage the whole recruitment process without breaking a sweat. If you’ve got a solid network in the industry, you’re already halfway there.
المهام والمتطلبات الأساسية
إذا كنت بتبحث عن تحدي جديد في أبوظبي، هذي الوظائف ممكن تكون بوابتك لقطاع الطيران والفضاء. بنحتاج مدير موارد بشرية بخبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات، ويكون اشتغل قبل كذا في قطاعات صناعية أو هندسية. أما أخصائي التوظيف، فالمطلوب منه يكون شاطر في اصطياد المواهب التقنية والمهندسين المتخصصين.
- شهادة جامعية في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة عملية داخل دولة الإمارات (يفضل في أبوظبي).
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية كبيرة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على الإقناع.
