We are seeking a highly skilled Lead MEP Design Engineer to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design aspects of high-profile sustainable commercial developments in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing complex design workflows, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and integrating cutting-edge sustainable technologies into major architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of energy efficiency and resource conservation.

Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Design Management: Lead the MEP design phase for commercial buildings, ensuring technical excellence. / إدارة التصميم: قيادة مرحلة تصميم MEP للمباني التجارية، مع ضمان التميز التقني.
- Sustainability Integration: Implement Estidama and LEED requirements into all design documentation. / تكامل الاستدامة: تنفيذ متطلبات استدامة و LEED في جميع وثائق التصميم.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaison with architects, structural engineers, and clients to align on project goals. / التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة: التنسيق مع المعماريين والمهندسين الإنشائيين والعملاء للتوافق مع أهداف المشروع.
Requirements | المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. / درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP design, specifically in the UAE. / خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تصميم MEP، وتحديداً في الإمارات.
- In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi building codes and Estidama Pearl Rating System. / معرفة عميقة بقوانين البناء في أبوظبي ونظام التقييم بدرجات اللؤلؤ من استدامة.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling software. / إتقان العمل على برامج AutoCAD و Revit وبرامج نمذجة الطاقة.
