Dubai's skyline continues to evolve with a strong focus on sustainability and smart urban living. As part of a major new expansion project, we are currently seeking highly skilled Lead Planning Engineers and Structural Engineers to oversee design and execution phases. Key Responsibilities & Requirements / المسؤوليات والمتطلبات الأساسية
- Lead Planning Engineer: Must have extensive experience in Primavera P6, project life-cycle management, and delay analysis. A minimum of 8 years in large-scale infrastructure is required.
- Structural Engineer: Expertise in reinforced concrete and steel structures is essential. Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and BIM software is mandatory.
- Arabic Language: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى. إجادة البرامج الهندسية المتخصصة ضرورية جداً.
- Sustainability focus: Experience with LEED or similar green building certifications is highly preferred.
