- Leadership: Directing departments like Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure brand standards are met.
- Financial Oversight: Monitoring P&L statements, managing operational budgets, and identifying revenue opportunities.
- Experience: At least 5 to 10 years in luxury hospitality management is essential.
- Education: A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
