Abu Dhabi is currently leading the region in digital transformation, and we are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager and BPO Lead to manage our new AI-driven citizen support initiative. This isn't just another management role; it's a chance to work at the intersection of government services and advanced technology. We need someone who understands how to blend human empathy with machine efficiency to deliver top-tier support to the public.
Key Responsibilities | المهام الوظيفية
As the lead for this project, you will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing daily operations of the service center and BPO partners.
- Integrating AI tools into the customer journey to reduce response times.
- Monitoring KPIs and ensuring high levels of citizen satisfaction.
- إدارة العمليات اليومية لمركز الخدمة وشركاء التعهيد.
- دمج أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في رحلة المتعامل لتقليل وقت الاستجابة.

Requirements | المتطلبات
We are looking for candidates who meet these criteria:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in BPO operations or customer success management.
- Proven track record of managing large teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong bilingual skills (English and Arabic) are essential.
- Familiarity with AI service tools and CRM software.
