Job Requirements | متطلبات الوظيفة
- Quality Assurance Specialist: You should have direct experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards. Being comfortable with precision measuring tools and technical documentation is a must.
- Continuous Improvement Manager: We are looking for someone who knows Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) inside and out. You need to show how you've actually helped companies save money or speed up production in the past.
- Good communication is key since you'll be talking to both the floor workers and the management team.
- A background in automotive or aerospace manufacturing will definitely help your application.
Qualifications in Arabic | المؤهلات المطلوبة
- أخصائي ضمان الجودة: لازم يكون عندك خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع معايير الأيزو (ISO 9001) ومعرفة قوية بإجراءات التفتيش والتوثيق الفني للمنتجات.
- مدير التحسين المستمر: محتاجين حد فاهم Lean Manufacturing كويس ومعاه شهادة Six Sigma، ويكون عنده قدرة على تحليل المشاكل وحلها عشان يقلل الهدر في الوقت والموارد.
- اللغة الإنجليزية ضرورية للتعامل مع التقارير والفرق المختلفة في المصنع.
- الخبرة السابقة في صناعة قطع غيار السيارات أو الطيران بتعتبر ميزة كبيرة جداً.
