A major construction firm in Sharjah is looking for talented individuals to join their sustainable urban development projects. They are specifically hiring for Quantity Surveyor and Project Planning roles to manage upcoming green infrastructure and high-efficiency building designs. Job Requirements and Responsibilities
1. Quantity Surveyor: The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, procurement management, and contract administration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE, and familiarity with FIDIC contracts. Proficiency in cost-management software is essential.
2. Project Planning Engineer: This role involves creating detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring that sustainable milestones are met on time. Requirements: Expert level proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, a background in Civil Engineering, and experience in resource leveling and risk management within large-scale construction.
