A leading construction firm is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor and a Site Engineer to join their team for these green building developments. If you have experience with high-rise structures and understand the basics of sustainability in construction, this is a solid chance to advance your career in a beautiful location.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Quantity Surveyor: You will be handling cost management, preparing bills of quantities, and dealing with sub-contractor payments. A strong focus on sustainable materials and green budgeting is required.
- Site Engineer: You will manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring the work meets technical specifications and safety standards for high-rise projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience working on high-rise buildings (G+20 minimum preferred).
- Understanding of LEED or Estidama green building codes is a major plus.
- Good team player with practical problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in the UAE or ready to move to Fujairah quickly.
