- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in Cybersecurity and Network Architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), hardware security modules (HSMs), and cloud-native security.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with global financial regulations and cross-border payment protocols.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; CISSP or equivalent certifications are a must.
