Miami is rapidly evolving into a global headquarters for blockchain innovation, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to guide agile development teams within the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) sector. Job Requirements | متطلبات الوظيفة
- Agile Leadership: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within a FinTech or blockchain environment.
- Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of DeFi concepts, smart contracts, and the software development lifecycle.
- Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.

You will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while actively removing impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
