Role Overview & Requirements
The project involves overseeing the construction of mixed-use clusters where AI manages everything from energy grids to waste disposal. This requires a unique blend of traditional engineering knowledge and an openness to new technology.
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Local Experience: At least 10-12 years in construction, with a solid 5+ years specifically in the Dubai or UAE market.
- Sustainability Focus: Direct experience with LEED-certified projects or green building practices is a must.
- Technical Savvy: You should be comfortable working with AI-driven site monitoring tools and automated project management software.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and high-pressure deadlines without breaking a sweat.
