Senior Mechanical Engineer and AutoCAD Draftsman for Modular Green Housing in Abu Dhabi
We are currently looking for experienced professionals to join a leading construction firm in Abu Dhabi focused on innovative, modular green housing solutions. 1. Senior Mechanical Engineer (مهندس ميكانيكا أول)
The candidate will oversee the mechanical systems design and installation for modular units, ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability standards are met.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 7 to 10 years of experience.
- Solid background in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems specifically for residential buildings.
- Experience in modular or prefabricated housing projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and Estidama requirements.

2. AutoCAD Draftsman (رسام أوتوكاد)
Responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for the production and assembly team.
- Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Revit is a must.
- Ability to interpret mechanical and structural designs for modular units.
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction or manufacturing sector in the UAE.
