We are currently seeking an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to join a prestigious consultancy firm working on high-profile sustainable smart city initiatives in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for integrating cutting-edge technology with sustainable engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Design Oversight: Manage and review detailed MEP designs for large-scale smart city developments including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Sustainability Integration: Ensure all systems meet the Estidama Pearl Rating System and other global green building standards.
- BIM Coordination: Lead the MEP coordination process using BIM and Revit software to ensure clash-free installations and efficient maintenance.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert advice on smart building automation, IoT integration, and energy-efficient technologies.
Requirements / المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the MEP sector, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi building codes and sustainable certifications like LEED or Estidama.
- Proven expertise in Revit MEP and advanced project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
