- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and niche roles within government departments.
- Sourcing Strategies: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring processes align with UAE labor laws and internal government policies.
Requirements | المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the UAE public sector or large corporate environments.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication.
- Proven experience in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and professional sourcing tools.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s labor market trends and Emiratization targets.
