The space industry is moving fast, and there is a real need for people who can handle the complex logistics of LEO satellite networks. We are currently looking for Space Logistics Coordinators and Fleet Managers to join growing teams in both Dubai and Florida. This is not your typical warehouse or transport job; it is about managing high-tech assets that are orbiting the Earth right now.
Role Overview
As a Space Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the movement of satellite components between manufacturing sites and launch pads. The Fleet Manager role focuses more on the operational health of the satellite constellations once they are in Low Earth Orbit (LEO). This is a unique opportunity to work in two of the world's most active aerospace hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the international supply chain for satellite hardware between Dubai and Florida sites.
- Manage launch window schedules and ensure all components are on-site and cleared for integration.
- Monitor the orbital status of satellite fleets and coordinate with ground stations.
- Optimize fleet performance and plan for de-orbiting or replacement missions.
- Handle regulatory documentation for dual-use technology and international space laws.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Aerospace Engineering. You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in high-stakes logistics or fleet operations. Knowledge of satellite communications or LEO network architecture is a massive advantage. Most importantly, you need to be a problem-solver who can handle the pressure of live launch countdowns.
