This specialized role bridges the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency, ensuring patients receive seamless care across various psychiatric and counseling platforms in the emirate.Managing integrated mental health networks requires a unique blend of empathy and administrative precision. In Dubai, the focus is on creating a supportive ecosystem that integrates outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, and digital health platforms. The administrator will be responsible for streamlining patient journeys and improving clinical outcomes through better resource management.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Clinical Psychology.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years in healthcare operations, specifically within psychiatric or mental health networks.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and mental health legal frameworks in the UAE.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in health information systems (HIS), data-driven decision-making, and budget management.
المتطلبات والمسؤوليات الأساسية
- المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في إدارة الرعاية الصحية، الصحة العامة، أو علم النفس العيادي.
- الخبرة المهنية: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 7 سنوات في عمليات الرعاية الصحية، وتحديداً في شبكات الصحة النفسية أو الطب النفسي.
- المعرفة التنظيمية: فهم عميق للوائح هيئة الصحة بدبي (DHA) والأطر القانونية للصحة النفسية في دولة الإمارات.
- المهارات التقنية: إجادة أنظمة معلومات الصحة (HIS)، واتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات، وإدارة الميزانيات.
