Strategic Supply Chain and Logistics Manager for Automated Port Operations in Dubai
Dubai continues to lead the global maritime industry by integrating cutting-edge automation into its port operations. We are currently seeking a Strategic Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize these sophisticated workflows. This role is pivotal for professionals who understand the intersection of physical logistics and digital automated systems in a high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain strategies for automated terminals.
- Managing vendor relationships and procurement of advanced logistics hardware and software.
- Ensuring seamless integration between autonomous vehicles, automated cranes, and warehouse management systems.
- Analyzing operational data to drive efficiency and reduce bottlenecks in real-time.
- Leading cross-functional teams to maintain 24/7 uptime in automated zones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in logistics, with specific exposure to automated port or large-scale warehouse environments.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and modern logistics optimization software.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).

المتطلبات الأساسية:
- شهادة جامعية في إدارة سلاسل التوريد، الهندسة الصناعية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال اللوجستيات، مع خبرة خاصة في الموانئ المؤتمتة أو بيئات المستودعات الكبيرة.
- إتقان أنظمة ERP وبرامج تحسين اللوجستيات الحديثة.
- مهارات قيادية وتفكير استراتيجي متميز.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
