Technical Support Engineer & Service Delivery Manager Roles in Phoenix
Phoenix has really become the center of the autonomous vehicle world lately. It seems like every week there is a new update in self-driving tech, and with all that growth, we need more people on the ground to keep the networks running. We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer and a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Arizona and help manage the infrastructure behind these vehicle networks.
What the Roles Look Like
The Technical Support Engineer is going to be the person who keeps everything connected. You will be troubleshooting network glitches, monitoring how the cars communicate with the servers, and basically making sure there is no downtime. If you know your way around Linux and network protocols, this is right up your alley.
The Service Delivery Manager is a bit more of a high-level role. You will be the bridge between our technical teams and the clients using the network. It is about making sure we hit our targets, managing service level agreements, and keeping everyone happy with how the system is performing. It is a mix of project management and technical oversight.

Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- Previous experience in network support or service management.
- A real interest in autonomous technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm when things get busy.
