Technical Support Engineer and Systems Administrator for Cross-Border FinTech Support in New York and Dubai

This isn't just about resetting passwords; we need a real Technical Support Engineer and Systems Administrator who understands the weight of cross-border financial systems. If you can handle the server load and the time difference between the US and the UAE, we'd love to talk. We need someone who is practical, proactive, and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty with complex technical setups.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support for our FinTech platforms and internal users across regions.
- Manage and maintain servers to ensure they are up and running 24/7.
- Coordinate with our IT teams in both New York and Dubai to keep systems in sync.
- Troubleshoot network, software, and hardware issues as they come up.
- Implement security protocols to keep sensitive financial data safe.
Requirements | المتطلبات
- Solid experience working as a Systems Administrator or Technical Support Engineer.
- A real understanding of networking and cloud setups like AWS or Azure.
- Having a background in FinTech or banking is a major advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours to cover the New York and Dubai time zones.
- Good communication in English is a must; knowing Arabic is a huge plus.
